* NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE:

We do not accept returns or exchange for any MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS.

* NO REFUND:

We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has began

* CANCELLATION:

Orders may not be cancelled after production has started.

We encourage all our customers to carefully review your order details, sizing, type of metals, stone color and other personalized design details before completing your purchase.

* PLACED ON HOLD:

We value every business opportunity our customer entrusted us to create for them, except in cases a product was “PLACED ON HOLD “ due to an additional design detail needed.
